Facebook cookie c_user

Hey dudes .

I try to write a web bug who reads the cookie c_user.
The cookie c_user contains the FaceBook user ID.

hmm i tryed :


// and i tryed: $FaceBookID=$HTTP_COOKIE_VARS["c_user"];

echo "your ID is:".$FacebookID;

now the big BUT:

it doesnt work , the issue is: " "

wow , where is the logic fault ? smile

You can only read cookies that belong to the website that you are on.

For example, if you go to "" your browser will only send the cookies that relate to that. To get someones facebook cookie, you'd have to run that PHP code on Facebook's website.

It's a security thing. It prevents websites from messing with each other or from people doing what you are trying to do.
