Does anyone have any idea of entering into the server through open port found in the site. Anyone please....

it depends on what do u mean by saying "open ports". are they firewalled? do u know which firewall is it? Google is ur friend

you have to mention the name of the port first because a lot need the correct programs. A good first option though is to try telnetting into the port and seeing what happens.

I used nessus for the task and got some open ports in one site. I m not good at all these. So can u explain more about telnet..

can you name the port numbers as this will help?, but basically telnet is a free program that comes with windows that lets you telnet into ports. e.g say google had port 25 open (which is the smtp protocol for sending mail) you would click start -- run -- and type cmd
then in cmd type 'telnet' and then in telnet type:
o www.google.com 25
o meaning open and 25 being the port number. if this was real you would be greeted in some way. Hope that helps.
