Ive never seen that before, but on the same website i found this:

your cipher must devide by 32, yours is 73 characters long meaning one is incorrect. That array will also probably need to be changed to match your key. Ill look at it later

ive ran out of time for today, but i think im getting closer to cracking it. I think your encode array is:
2,4,9,11,16,20,28,30,32, 0,12,14,17,22,25,27,29,34, 3,5,7,15,19,24,26,31,33, 1,6,8,10,13,18,21,23,35
This is really close. Just testing, i got:

I added an extra space before your key to get that. Like i said yours should be 72 chars long but its 71.

This might not be correct, but i think it will be. i tried forming words from the letters left over and try either one of these:
righty! the string you're looking for is "ethical hacker". you found it.
